What happens if I overpay?

Overpayments and underpayments must be resolved directly with the merchant. Pay2Crypto cannot adjust or refund payments.

How can I track my payment status?

Payment status can be viewed in your dashboard or verified on the blockchain explorer using the transaction hash.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by the merchant and customer. Pay2Crypto does not process or issue refunds.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing details in your account settings, and they will be used on future invoices.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We only store your wallet addresses for payment detection—we never request or store private keys.

Merchants pay the platform fee shown on our pricing page. Standard blockchain network fees still apply.

Do I need KYC to use Pay2Crypto?

No. Pay2Crypto does not require KYC. Simply connect your supported crypto wallet and start accepting payments.

Does Pay2Crypto hold my funds?

No. Pay2Crypto is a non-custodial platform, so all payments are sent directly to your wallet.

What is the Revolving Wallet System?

Your wallet addresses are automatically rotated. Each address is reserved for one payment until it’s completed or cancelled, then it’s available for reuse.
